Live, Work, Thrive Project Manager
Fixed term until 31st March 2022
Live, Work, Thrive is an innovative partnership project between Hastings Borough Council, Rother District Council , Education Futures Trust, Fellowship of St Nicholas and Sussex Community Development Association. The project will work with homeless households to improve access to employment and housing.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager to deliver this exciting new service. You’ll have previous experience delivering projects on schedule, to budget and specification in either the statutory or voluntary sectors.
You will have a good understanding of the barriers which prevent socially excluded people accessing support for employment and housing, and will manage a team of specialist coaches to ensure these are overcome. You will also lead work with partners from across the statutory and voluntary sectors to develop a business case, which will ensure this work can continue into the future.
This project is partly funded by Connecting Hastings and Rother Together (CHART) Community Led Local Development (CLLD) Programme in delivering the CHART CLLD Local Development Strategy to support projects that bring a fresh approach to tackling deep-rooted problems in deprived communities within Hastings and Bexhill. The Programme uses European Structural and Investment Funds
Interviews: 15th June 2020
