The Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) is a county service leading in the delivery of multi-disciplinary support to rough sleepers and homeless clients. The service is focused on long term recovery pathways with trauma informed practice at its core. The service is being delivered by a range of statutory partners with the aim of exploring and evidencing how integrated delivery improves outcomes for our client group.
The service is looking for an experienced Activities & Engagement Lead to oversee county delivery of a range of Engagement, Activities and training programmes. The role will work collaboratively with specialists from housing, health, social care, substance dependency and criminal justice as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team. Working to a strengths-based model, the Engagement & Activities Lead will support Team leaders and TA/Housing First officers to identify individuals needs and develop engagement pathways that underpin the guiding principles of TI engagement, including safety, choice and empowerment.
The appointee should be highly adaptable as the role evolves working with new projects and several funding streams.
